Triggers got even better
Our triggers got a lot of love and attention over the last three months. Why? Because the more you automate, the more you can focus your time and energy on important aspects of your job. So here’s an overview of the new elements you can automate and be notified about:
- Trigger rule based on a user’s medium – Choose from different mediums such as referral, paid search, organic and social and then select the specific source per medium you wish to track.
- Trigger rule based on a branch – Segment website visitors based on their industry of operation. For example, “Manufacturing” or “Performing Arts”.
- Trigger rule based on employees in a group – See and sort depending on the number of employees of both a local and parent company.
- Trigger rules based on sales volume – Do you target only big fish? Or deals worth a specific amount? Trigger and sort leads in your Inbox based on a company’s estimated sales volume.
- Trigger rule based on deal stage – Assign tags and be notified based on the stage of a deal! Allowing you to get notified instantly when companies visit your website who have churned or received a quote.
And triggers now also work retroactively
Because if you’ve been using Leadinfo for a while, you might want to know if specific labels apply to past website visitors as well. So, now, when you create a trigger, it will apply to companies who have already visited your website. Allowing you to assign tags to companies who have been previously active on your site.
Triggers carry over into your email reports
Leadinfo email reports enable you to automatically share valuable data about prospects via email. We’ve now added the possibility for you to copy and paste rules from triggers to reports and vice versa. Saving you time and energy.
Easier access to your Leadinfo invoices
For accounting purposes, it’s easiest to always have your invoices at hand. So you can now find all of your past Leadinfo invoices under “settings” and then “invoices”. If needed, you can also download one or all of your invoices.
See individual Xing profiles of companies who visit your website
Xing is the German version of LinkedIn. A career-oriented social networking site that allows you to connect with known and new professional contacts. If you have German companies visiting your website, you can now see Xing contacts in a company’s overview. Making it easy for you to connect or retarget leads!
